It was a breeze to communicate with Hardy. Got a call from Hardy from the get-go with professionalism. Pick up at the Airport was easy with the lady driver who was so so friendly. We also had the return service and we had the same driver to drop us back at the airport. Overall, I would book with them again. Good job Hardy. Hired Melbourne Deluxe Chauffeurs. Hardy was our driver for the wedding day. The cleanliness of the car was perfect.  The trip was so comfortable. Car was beautiful. Hardy is an absolute professional and such a gentleman. My family was also so impressed. You will not be disappointed by the service. Outstanding service. The entire process was so easy. Great honest service which is very hard to find these days.

Hardy did an amazing job and was always willing and able to accommodate any last minute changes. Hardy arrived for two separate pick-ups in the afternoon and evening and was there at the exact time we agreed on, and was happy to do multiple trips for us.
